Series "Holding it Together"

The series Holding It Together, is a body of work that investigates life's. transformations, human connection, and the fragments that compose our lives. Built from layers of found and created materials, existing and developed patterns, the collage becomes a tactile map of thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Each fragment carries its own identity, yet gains new meaning through its proximity to others.

The seams—visible, uneven, and at times frayed—speak as powerfully as the fragments themselves. They embody the labor of orchestration, the deliberate act of integration, and the resilience of bonds carrying us through change and transitions.

 

A flash of neon cuts through the surface, casting a glow across the composition and suggesting the invisible bond: messy, improvised, and imperfect, yet strong enough to hold us together and carry us forward.
