Rifrullo is a Brookline gem aka neighborhood cafe bringing together the community over fabulous food in a welcoming space. It's been a hub and a point of connection. The idea to place the series "Holding it Together" within this amazing atmosphere. made so much sense as it equally reflects how connections are formed through the assembly of new and existing elements of life and how individuals navigate precious experiences and challenges yet holding it together. This collaboration showcases togetherness through life's many moments. And it is a first - my first solo exhibition and Rifrullo's first art installation.

Hi, I'm Monique
Based in the United States and shaped by my upbringing in Europe, I carry a sense of duality that informs both my art and my professional life. I am a painter, educator, and innovation leader, driven by a commitment to challenge the status quo and to embrace ambiguity as a space for discovery.
My creative practice — in the studio as much as in the workplace — centers on cultivating resonance and grounding, particularly during times of transition, reinvention, and change. These moments of transition continue to inspire my artistic exploration and hopefully resonate with your own journey.
